Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19 please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive tracking for your order. If items are not ready to be shipped, you will receive notification of the timeline in which to expect your package. Please ensure that ALL contact information, including shipping address are correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for misrouted packages due to incorrect addressee information. This will also ensure that there are no delays in the processing of your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facility. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Services (800-275-8777). 

Glitz N Glam Extensions is not liable for any damage incurred to the hair after delivery due to bleaching, coloring, improper care, storage, or handling. If you need suggestions, tips, or recommendations on maintaining your unit or bundles, please send us an email.
